Terms of Service
Last updated November 6, 2026
1. Who we are. Parlink is a browser game run by the Parlink team ("we"). By playing Parlink you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
2. The game. Parlink lets you race between Wikipedia articles by following links. The daily hole, 1v1 and parties are free. Some modes and cosmetics need a Parlink Pro subscription. We may add, change or remove modes and holes over time.
3. Accounts. You can play without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping access to your email address. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent's permission.
4. Parlink Pro. Pro is sold monthly or yearly. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, taxes and receipts. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in Settings or the link in your receipt; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Prices are shown before you buy and can change for future periods; we'll tell you before a price change affects you. Refunds follow our refund policy: we refund when Pro doesn't work as described, and as required by law.
5. Fair play. Don't use bots, scripts or other tools to cheat, don't attack or overload the service, and don't pick names that are offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information. We may reset scores, remove names or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Wikipedia content. Articles are loaded from Wikipedia and are available under CC BY-SA 4.0; images keep their own licences. Parlink is not affiliated with Wikipedia or the Wikimedia Foundation, and we are not responsible for the content of articles.
7. No warranty. Parlink is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, for example if Wikipedia is down.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. If a change is important we'll tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
